Unlike other large property management firms such as Zillow, Rent.com, Apartments.com and others who upcharge upwards of 40% we charge just 6% management fee for all properties we oversee and we also charge that 6% directly to the home owner instead of adding costs onto our tenants which allows us to offer the most affordable housing in Upstate New York.
Guaranteed Application Approval
We also understand it's not easy to obtain a perfect credit score which is why we took that stress out of finding your next home. With guaranteed application approval we do not do a credit check, instead we simply check your eviction history and your income. Even with low income or past evictions don't worry because you are still guaranteed for approval. The application itself is only used to determine the length of the lease we can offer you and if a security deposit is required or not.
